How to Wrap the Perfect Samosa.
- Cut spring roll paper into about 2 inches.
- Line two pieces of the spring roll paper and take one edge and fold it in, in a triangular formation.
- Repeat step, creating a triangualar pocket.
- Fill pocket with meat or whatever mix you want.. Using the edges of the meat filled triangle bring it in tightly and fold over.
- Apply flour/water paste mix as a form of glue.
- Fold over the area with the paste, Fold down edges.
- Fry and Enjoy :)
